AXIS F7225-RE allows for extremely discreet surveillance where only the sensor is visible externally. Based on a divided network camera concept, it’s designed for use with AXIS F91 main units to ensure maximum flexibility. And it offers easy installation-you can install it in tight places, behind metal, glass, or plastic sheets and more.
Cost-effective and flexible
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, this IP66-/IP67-rated pinhole sensor can operate in temperatures from -40 to 55 °C (-40 to 131 °F). It can be connected to the main unit using cables up to 30 m (98 ft). Plus, with one main unit and up to four sensors, it offers lower installation and configuration costs compared to traditional cameras and requires just one VMS license. And, it ensures a lower power budget and requires fewer switch ports.
High video usability
AXIS F7225-RE delivers high quality video even in challenging light conditions. It supports four HDTV 1080p video streams at 30 fps or 720p video streams at up to 60 fps. When used with AXIS F91 main units, it delivers HDTV 1080p video streams at 60 fps or 720p video streams at up to 180 fps. In addition, when connected to an AXIS F91 main unit, it offers Forensic WDR for clarity when there’s both dark and light areas in the scene. Furthermore, a 97 field of view allows for wide area coverage.
